Subjective Prep provides an AI-powered evaluation engine for subjective exam preparation. The AI evaluations are based on language models (Google Gemini) and are provided for educational and preparatory purposes only. We do not guarantee actual exam results.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dahiya.store and its licensors. The mock questions, evaluations, and interface designs may not be copied, modified, or distributed without express written permission.
5. Fair Usage Policy
Premium subscriptions grant access to evaluations. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or rate-limit accounts that utilize bots, automated scripts, or exhibit extreme, abusive submission frequencies that degrade system performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Subjective Prep, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
