1. No Refunds or Cancellations

Once a premium subscription or module is purchased and the payment is successfully processed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial credits under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Non-usage of the platform after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with the AI evaluation algorithms.
• Accidental purchases or change of mind.
• Failure to clear your respective exams.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience severe technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your paid content, please contact our support team at sachindahiyasaini@gmail.com. We will work diligently to fix the issue to ensure you get the access you paid for, but a refund will not be issued.

3. Free Tier Availability

We highly encourage all users to utilize our Free Basic Tier before making a purchase. The free tier is explicitly provided so you can evaluate our interface, AI grading accuracy, and system compatibility before committing to a paid plan.
